Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and browser local storage are small records used to remember a session or preference. Connecting to an external service can disclose your IP address and connection information even without setting cookies. Your choice
Analytics is off by default. If you select “Reject all” or make no choice, the Google Analytics tag does not load and no cookieless measurement signal is sent to this service. You can enable analytics separately in “Preferences”. “Accept all” permits only the optional category currently described and in use; it does not authorise future advertising services. Scrolling, reading or closing the panel is not consent.
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing permission stops Analytics and deletes analytics cookies accessible to our site; the page may reload to stop previously loaded measurement code. We ask again after 180 days, a relevant policy/measurement target change, or deletion of browser data. Preferences apply separately to each browser and device. If storage is blocked, your choice may apply only to the open page.

Advertising tracking, remarketing and Google Signals are not used. Before introducing advertising trackers, we will update the providers, purposes and durations and obtain the required separate choice. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics, security and external content
Google Analytics: With permission, it measures readership using pages visited, referring site domains, times, device/browser information and cookie identifiers. Google may receive your IP address when a connection is established. Contact/application responses, email addresses, account information and search/one-time codes in URLs are not added to analytics events. Measurement does not start on administration, account, form, search or draft-preview pages.
Security: Cloudflare Turnstile checks enabled forms for automated abuse and may process device, browser and connection information. Core scripts and fonts are served from our own server. Additional Cloudflare security/cookie features, if enabled, require the inventory to be updated.
External content: The YouTube player loads when you press play. A video preview image may load from YouTube’s image server before playback, sharing technical connection information with that provider. Opening an external video or platform link connects to its provider under that service’s policies. This action does not grant advertising permission.
Internal counter: A cookieless daily technical digest supports the content view counter separately from Analytics, without sending data to a third party. Our privacy notice covers this limited counter and security logs.
Legal grounds, transfers and your rights
Session/security processing needed for a requested service and remembering preferences are assessed under Article 5(2)(c) or Article 5(2)(f) of KVKK, for legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights, as applicable. Optional analytics relies on explicit consent under Article 5(1). Providing information and obtaining consent are separate; access is not conditional on optional cookie permission.
Google and Cloudflare infrastructure may process data outside Türkiye. A cookie choice alone does not replace the international transfer conditions under Article 9 of KVKK; the applicable transfer mechanism must be established separately. Browser settings can block or delete cookies; blocking necessary session cookies may affect account/form functions.
