How we use your information
KriptoMeta is published by Metazen Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. You can read news, guides and market pages without creating an account. If you register, we store your reading and watchlists with your account. Information sent through the contact form is used to route your enquiry to the relevant team and respond.
Data categories, purposes, legal grounds, recipients and your rights are described in the Personal Data Privacy Notice. This policy is not a substitute for that notice or a document granting explicit consent.
Account and list privacy
Standard members’ reading and watchlists are not published as public profiles. Information about editors and authors acting in a publishing role may appear in articles and author pages. Protect your password and sign out when you finish using a shared device.
Security
Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text. Access controls, request validation and attempt limits restrict access to accounts and administration areas. Contact attachments are not exposed through public file links. These measures reduce risk; no online system can offer an absolute security guarantee.
Email and communication preferences
Password resets, account security messages and replies to your enquiries form part of the relevant service. Creating an account does not give permission for marketing. If an optional newsletter or campaign subscription is offered, its scope and unsubscribe method are explained separately.
Team applications
Your name, email, selected areas, message and optional portfolio/CV link or attachment are used to assess your application and respond. Applications are not published or added to marketing lists. Do not send identity documents, health information, criminal records or unnecessary personal data about others.
Analytics and cookie preferences
We do not sell personal data. Google Analytics only loads when it is enabled and you allow analytics. No Google Analytics measurement starts if you decline or make no choice. Advertising tracking is not currently used. Change or withdraw permission through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Technologies, durations and providers are described in our Cookie Policy.
External services and links
Core scripts and fonts are served from our own server. Cloudflare Turnstile on forms and external content providers such as YouTube may receive technical connection information when their resources load. The YouTube player opens at your request; preview images may load from the provider’s image server before playback. Enabled Google Analytics also processes technical visit information when you allow analytics. If you follow a button to an external AI or sharing service, the link/text sent to that service and your use there are subject to that provider’s rules. Do not share passwords, private keys or sensitive personal information.
Your private account information, personal lists and contact messages are not sent to exchanges as part of public market price requests. Linking to a third party does not endorse its content or transactions.
Deletion and requests
Use account settings to manage your information or initiate “Delete my account”. Deletion includes associated personal lists and account-linked data. Backups, legally required records and email copies held by external services are handled through their respective retention and deletion processes. Policy updates
We update this policy when services or data practices change and display the updated date. Changing this text alone does not authorise a new activity that requires consent.
